This is the flow of communications that a person who signs up for Nailted and is NOT new to the company receives.

  • Day 1: welcome email with the eNPS question included (only if when activating people you have selected to send a welcome email)

  • Day 2: + 1st survey to participate in Nailted with 10 questions

  • First Friday: email to participate in Applause dynamics.

  • First Monday: if you have received applause, email with the breakdown of the applause.

If the person who signs up for Nailted at the same time is new to the company (and so is selected within Nailted) we will wait 30 days to send their first survey so that they can give their opinion with criteria, therefore they will receive:

  • Day 1: welcome email WITHOUT the eNPS question (only if when activating people you have selected to send a welcome email)

  • First Friday: email to participate in Applause dynamics.

  • First Monday: if you have received applause, email with the breakdown of these.

  • Day 30: Email with eNPS question + 1st survey to participate in Nailed with 10 questions.


* No surveys are sent on Fridays, so we recommend activating people on Monday or Tuesday.

** Companies that are synchronized with Slack, will live the same flow but through Slack notifications
