Launch a check-in
When you launch a check-in we’ll notify people via email to request their participation. Remember, there are some check-ins sent to managers and reports at the same time.
During the check-in
You can evaluate their progress at any time, who answers and who doesn’t. If there is any inappropriate comment, this is the right moment to talk with that person and change the check-in before this is sent.
Finalize a Check-in
You are the one who decides when this process finishes.
Once it ends, each person will receive the outcome via email.
