Nailted will send all the communications through Microsoft Teams / Slack instead of email.

The following notifications will be sent:

  • All the surveys.

  • The summary of the claps received.

  • The Friday question that gives access to the clap flow.

  • The messages that administrators send to the team.

This way, they will have Nailted integrated with their communication tool, and they will get notified when an action is required on the platform.

In case the employee prefers using email instead of Microsoft Teams / Slack, that is not a problem, they can change it in their configuration dashboard.
