Nailted

Internal company organizations are diverse, but Nailted is prepared for that as administrators and managers will be able to choose the brand/compay that an employee belongs to in order to customize the name visible when they receive a survey. Follow the steps below: 

Go to the Team section and click on Groups.

Create a group with the company/brand name and add all the members that belong to that company/brand. See here <a href="https://support.nailted.com/en/articles/6349321-create-groups-to-understand-patterns">how to create a group</a>.

Access to the profile of one of the group members and click on Groups.

Scroll down to the Employee’s company section and select the company branch from the available option in the drop down. 

Finally, select the Change button and your changes for this member will be saved.

5. Finally, select the Change button and your changes for this member will be saved.
